ISWE was delighted to be a part of the annual Irish Economic Assocation Conference again, hosted by Queen’s University Belfast this year.

Excellent work was presented by female economists across the board, with plenty of interest in gender issues both among presenters (some pictured below) and keynote speaker Renee Adams. Special recognition goes to our ISWE prize winners this year – Bhavya Shrivastava and Dr. Lilia Wasska-Zhurakhovska, pictured below alongside the other IEA prize winners, Doireann O’Brien and Olivia Finan and keynote speaker John List.

Thanks to all who came along to the ISWE drinks reception where you heard updates on our recent activities, including our School Outreach Pilot Programme, and upcoming events on Networking and Media Engagement in June, and our annual Conference in September.
